Jennifer Li

Jennifer Li is a lecturer and PhD Candidate at Northumbria University in the UK. Jennifer’s research focus is on the implementation of Blockchain and other distributed ledger technologies (DLTs) in the construction industry taking a holistic view of readying the ecosystem for its adoption. She published the first paper on DLT in Automation in Construction in February 2019 and has published a series of conference papers highlighting the challenges of adopting such a technological system. Jennifer gained her MSc in Project Management with distinction in 2016 and, prior to that, worked in the nuclear industry where she developed and ran a world-class graduate training programme for engineers and scientists across the UK and internationally.
