We are pleased to announce the Digital Construction Management Workshop, hosted by ETH Zurich in collaboration with the CBC. The workshop will happen on the 20th and 21st of February 2020 at ETH Zurich Campus.
Blockchain in a construction context is an emerging research topic which has seen increasing industry attention and greater numbers of publications about it in recent years. This small workshop hosted by the Chair of Industrial and Innovative Construction, in collaboration with the Construction Blockchain Consortium, aims to connect actively involved researchers to develop thinking in this area. We are seeking presentations of up-to-date research to facilitate the discussion about future research agendas and open pathways for potential collaborations.
The workshop will invite discussion based upon the research presentations. In addition, we hope external presentations from blockchain researchers outside of construction inspire new research directions. The event is hosted in a relaxed atmosphere at ETH Zurich with social activities (including a tour of NCCR digital fabrication) and dinner on the 20th of February to facilitate new relationships and networking.
